Merit award
The primary aim of the Merit Award is to offer support to contemporary artists across the world. Due to limited resources and connections, many outstanding artists struggle to showcase their work to a broader audience. As part of our commitment to nurturing the artistic community both in Israel and globally, we provide mentorship to artists to help them advance in their careers.
ABOUT
RULES
The selection committee chooses artists who have previously held solo exhibitions and provides them with support to advance to the next level. Apart from conferring a prize and acknowledging exceptional accomplishments, the winners will also be entitled to a portfolio review and up to ten individual consultations with distinguished curators, critics, and art managers. Furthermore, long-term mentoring is also an option based on recommendation. The victory in a specific category will also be communicated to the art community.

Nominations are welcome annually from January 1 to May 31, submitted by curators, art critics, and established art organizations. Nominees must meet specific criteria, such as being at least 22 years of age at the time of submission, having a minimum of three solo exhibitions, and possessing strong local recognition. Additionally, their artistic practices must comply with Israeli law.
